We care about our customers. if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return all or part of the items received for a full refund. You can request a store credit or an exchange at equal value. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Beauty Source Unlimited must be notified within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. A copy of the original invoice must be included in the "Return" request.
To return an item or items, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, BSU will mail you a prepaid return address envelope. Place the item or items securely in the envelope and include your proof of purchase. Mail your return items to us within five (5) days of the date on the return label. After an inspection and approval of the returned item(s), you will be emailed a purchase code with the refund amount. Please allow up to (7) days from the receipt of your item(s) for the completion of the request.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Final Sale
- *Defective or Damaged Items
*For defective or damaged products, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days from date of receipt and attach a copy of our Purchase Invoice, a written statement as to the Defect and or Damage, and at least one picture of the Defect and or Damage with your contact information to arrange a refund or exchange.
